Lower right corner of photo shows a black then grey energy form arching over to the right and up and out of right side of photo. Little Justin seems to be looking directly toward it. Hmmmm, I wonder! Justin is now 4 years old and I showed him this photo recently asking him who was the baby? He replied it was "me" (meaning himself) and I asked him what were you looking at or thinking..? He said he was "wanting my Mom and Dad". (hey, it was worth a try..!)
