Everyone is Psychic

Sit back for a minute and imagine what your life would be like if you used only four of your five physical senses. Without sight, for example, you would be shut off from many experiences, and your life would be limited in scope. In using just your physical senses and ignoring your Extended Sensory Perceptions, you are doing the same thing. In so doing we severely limit the scope of our lives and experiences that could greatly improve the and enhance our lives.

ESP is simply the extension of our five physical senses beyond TIME/SPACE. For instance, the sense of touch, which is limited only to identification of the object we are holding. The Extended Sensory Perception of touch is Psychometry, which is not limited by TIME/SPACE. With Psychometry, one is able to "see" what happen to the user of the object being held, the persons or events that may be affecting that person, and the mental/emotion state of that person – or even animal. A dramatic case of this was when a distraught young man came to us in desperation because their beautiful Irish Setter had vanished without a trace which was most unusual. I asked that they bring something the dog had used a lot and they brought a blanket the dog slept on and a ball he often played with. Holding the blanket, I perceived the dog entering a pick-up truck at the driver's urging, I saw an off color white truck driven by a man wearing a cowboy hat, and I sensed that the truck was from out-of-state – far out of state. I also felt that the dog was being kidnapped to be carried out-of-state for sale. However, I also sensed that the dog was still in the vicinity but would not be for long. My wife held the ball and described a man in detail also in an off-color white pickup. She also saw the dog on a cool floor, a vinyl covered concrete floor that was dark. That was all we could give this man. The next day he called and asked if he could come over. I said "yes" to humor him as I did not think we could produce anymore information. He arrived and when we opened the door – there was the dog! His friends had cruised the vicinity diligently and came across a pick-up truck that seemed to match our description. They pulled along side and there in the truck as the dog. The man in the truck matched my wife's description EXACTLY! And he was wearing a cowboy hat and his license plates were from Texas. He claimed that he was preparing to return the dog (after three days?) and readily handed over the dog to this young man's friends. They were unable to contact their friend so they took the dog and brought him to one of their houses and put him in the finished basement (vinyl floor over concrete) when he would be cool and comfortable until his master could be reached. This made quite a few newspapers.

Lest you think that only a "professional" is capable of this, I will relate a fascinating incident that proves that anyone can do this. Many years ago, we were on the six o'clock news at a local TV station being interviewed by a well-known "Anchor Man" regarding our work in the non-physical field. He was highly skeptical. So I told him that I could teach him to do Psychometry and show him that even he could do this. Thus challenged, he agreed and after the show conducted us to a conference room. I told him what to do and explained that it all depended on his being able to relax and allow. Sheepishly, he held my wife's wedding ring. As I talked to him, he became more relaxed and started to tell me what he was seeing. I remember it well. He said, "I see a small foreign car, I think a Japanese car that is not exactly a red color – it is duller – reddish. I see a large building and the car is parked in front of it." At that point he because self-conscious and hastily gave the ring back. Now, he did not know us from Adam – had never seen us before, as his assistant had gotten hold of us and made all the arrangements. It was obvious from the interview he had little background on us. He was truly blown away when I told him my wife drives a rust colored HONDA which that day had been parked in front of a large Butler Building, I had the same success with a reporter that had interviewed us from a feature story. He even wrote about his experience. So anyone can do this!

Physical sight, which is limited by space and time (walls, for example and the present), becomes Clairvoyance, the ability to see beyond time/space. This is where predictions come from. As we all know, our physical sight is not always reliable, as twelve witnesses to an accident will often give twelve different versions. Clairvoyance is, likewise, not always reliable.

Physical hearing becomes Clairaudience – the ability to hear beyond time/space. Physical smell become Claisentience (an example of this being when one smells the scent of a certain flower or perfume that had been the favorite of a departed loved one).

Centuries of repression, persecution and suppression of all things psychic (contemptuously referred to as "the occult") as being evil or sinful by those determined maintain power and control, has led to secrecy and elitism in this field. Fortunately, we are now in a period of spiritual renaissance. The locked doors of superstition and fear that for so long made a prison for so many, are, at last, being forced open. People are beginning to look to themselves as their authority rather than to others; they're beginning to take direction of their lives rather than depending on the dictates of others. They are just beginning to understand what FREEDOM really is. As a result, their lives are becoming greatly enriched and that peace and joy, so long elusive for them, are now a reality. Many have reached this state by developing their psychic abilities. These are not GIFTS! They are part and parcel of us. Just as we use our psychic senses because we are human, we use our ESP because we are spiritual in nature as well.

How does one find out what psychic talents he/she has? It's not easy. There're countless psychic and Gurus who offer all manner of self-discovery and psychic development courses. Picking the right one for you can often be a confusing and sometimes disappointing experience, unless you use extreme caution and follow some simple rules. NO TEACHER OR COURSE IS RIGHT FOR EVERYONE. And no field is more rampant with fraud, charlatans, con-artists, egomaniacs, power/status seekers and space cadets that the psychic field – except politics, of course! Therefore, it is critically important that you examine each situation thoroughly and rely on your own intuition (gut feeling) and common sense.

First, I suggest that you read a wide range of books on the subject. Get a feel for the field. Accept what seems comfortable; reject the rest or put some or all of it away in storage. You will find that you view will change over time as you level of awareness increases.

Try to avoid sensation oriented literature since it tends to confuse and adulterate the facts. Don't be afraid to follow your intuition, your gut feeling, when selecting reading matter – no matter how unknowledgeable you may regard yourself. What you will pick will be right for you at that time. Remember, you are the sole judge of the validity of the information received, no matter what "authority" said it or wrote it. You are the only authority for YOU.

Your next step is to decide if you want to actively pursue developing your psychic talents because a strong commitment is necessary. The process demands it. It will stretch your mind, increase the level of your awareness, offer you discovery of new and exciting horizons, dimensions and perceptions, enable you to find that peace which passes all understanding, and controlling your environment rather than being controlled by it, provident you are committed to YOU – and to the process. I have found the rewards beyond my dreams – and all within reach.

If you have decided to go ahead, the next step is to find the right teacher, the right class for YOU. Courses range from religiously oriented ones to unstructured freethinking ones which involve participation. Investigate thoroughly since psychic development classes differ greatly in content, scope and quality. Don't be impressed by "credentials", "fame", hype, plush offices/classrooms, etc. Follow your gut feeling, your sensing – is this the teacher for YOU? Does he, the courses, feel comfortable to you. Do you feel trust? If not-walk away. Don't feel badly, you must find what is comfortable to you. If you relax and follow YOU, you will be led to the proper teacher for YOU –IF you allow.

Remember, that psychic talents are neither good nor bad. It is how you use them. Jesus was psychic, so was Hitler. Avoid at all costs any teacher, courses, workshops where the information imparted is dogmatic.. There is NO one path, religion, practice, truth, technique or belief that is "The One", The Only One. The ways of learning and growing are infinite and diverse. All Creation is in constant motion and constant change - that is why dogma is impossible. By experiment and self-trust, you will find the right path for you. What you perceive to be "The Truth" today will change on the morrow as your level of awareness expands. You can. Of course, continue to live in the past but that will become a living death for you.

I would suggest that you pick a teacher/course that explores all the aspects of the psychic field, especially one who insists on participation of the student. How will you understand if you have not tried it or experienced it. Approach your studies with an open mind. Do not preconceive, do not anticipate – stay cool – I cannot stress this enough.! Let the experience unfold naturally and you will be pleasantly surprises and gratified. Ask questions – lots of questions! There are no "dumb" questions – certainly not in my classes. If the question you ask is important to you it should be equally important to the teacher and should be answered patiently and clearly. A good teacher also learns from his students.

Practice is the key. No matter how natural your ability may be, it can only develop through hard work in honing these skills, and, most of all, patience. Psychic development, as with spiritual development, is evolutionary in nature. It takes time to grow a tree, a child to walk, a bird to fly. No matter how determined one is to achieve instant success, instant perfection, instant “spirituality”, it will not happen. It only comes when that person is ready for it and has evolved to that level. Impatience only shuts the door to the psychic, a common problem for most. Ironically, one reason the psychic may seem so hard or difficult to learn is because it is so SIMPLE! Simplicity is hard to except because it IS truth. Therefore, they tend to make the simple, very complex, so that they can profess it incomprehensible and thus, give up the responsibility for dealing with it to others. We see this everywhere around us these days. In the beginning you may have “failure”. Do not be discouraged for those failures are every bit as important as the successes. How will you know what is real and what is not unless you experience both? How will you learn what to do and what not to doif you have not been there? There is no such thing as failure - there is only learning! The only failure that matters is the failure to make the investment in YOUR growth and and profit.

If you pursue this training fully and wholeheartedly, you may suddenly find yourself learning to trust yourself (essential if you would have others trust you). That self-confidence, that self-trust, that acceptance of self will lead to an understanding and respect for Self, resulting in really loving yourself fully. If you cannot love yourself, can you possibly love anyone else? This is not something achievable at at intellectual level - it must be lived! If you do this, even to a moderate degree, you will find peace harmony and joy beyond your wildest dreams, your most cherished expectations. I know. The potential is in each and every one of us. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
